Multi-cycle (4 for 3) discount package for Mini-stim IVF

The best way to achieve pregnancy with Mini-stim IVF is to undertake an adequate number of tries. This program offers Mini-stim IVF cycles for as low as $4000 each.

The objective of this Mini-stim IVF package is to make Mini-stim IVF more affordable and to encourage the use of repeat cycles if needed to achieve pregnancy. Essentially this package requires that the patient pre-pay for three discounted Mini-stim IVF cycles. If needed to achieve pregnancy, a fourth cycle will be provided free. The charges covered are only those related to the Mini-stim IVF codes. For these codes, you may NOT use your insurance. However, you may use your insurance for other charges.

Included and excluded charges are listed in Appendix A. Medications, anesthesia costs, and costs associated with ovulation induction are not included. ICSI is always included. Assisted hatching is included when indicated to enhance the pregnancy rate. Cryopreservation is NOT included (and is infrequently required). If you do not have insurance coverage for cycle monitoring, we also have a package price for it. Although we cannot provide a package price for the medications you require, we can direct you to low cost pharmacies. Medications costs are usually less than $1000/cycle.

The charge for this package is $16,000. If you only require one cycle to achieve pregnancy, you will be refunded $10,666. If you only require two cycles to achieve pregnancy, you will be refunded $5,333.  If you do not achieve a viable pregnancy (with a baby with heart beat continuing for at least 8 weeks after transfer) by the third cycle, a fourth cycle will be provided for you in which there will be no charges for the components listed in Appendix A. If you wish to drop out of the program before achieving pregnancy (for example, after the first cycle), you will be refunded the program fee less all charges actually incurred.

Appendix A

The specific included components are:

  1. Oocyte aspiration and ultrasound guidance
  2. Oocyte identification
  3. Oocyte cleaning
  4. Sperm preparation
  5. Oocyte insemination
  6. Embryo culture
  7. Prolonged embryo culture if indicated
  8. Embryo transfer including ultrasound guidance
  9. ICSI
  10. Assisted hatching if indicated

The following components are NOT included:

  1. Evaluation and preparation for an IVF cycle
  2. Cycle monitoring (ultrasound studies, blood tests/draws, and office visits)
  3. All medications including, for example, gonadotropins, progesterone, antibiotics
  4. All anesthesia charges
  5. Genetic studies including embryo biopsy (PGD) if desired
  6. Donor sperm or donor eggs
  7. Sex selection techniques
  8. Management of any complications
  9. Pregnancy evaluation (ultrasounds, etc.)
  10. Procedures or lab tests performed by other health care providers or at other places
  11. Surgeries other than oocyte aspiration
  12. Embryo freezing or cryo-storage
